However, your literature review does not need to be inclusive of every article and book that has been written on your topic because that will be too broad. Skills for Literary Analysis introduces students to literary analysis and critical thinking while also teaching them how to write either literary analysis or critical essays. I think many homeschoolers will find ninth grade the ideal time to use this course, and tenth graders should also find it a profitable way to begin their study of literary analysis if they have not yet done so. The course has a teacher guide and a student book, both of which are essential.
