Leadership in Nursing: Becoming a Charge Nurse
A nursery nurse provides RN-level care for newborns, infants, and small children up to the age of seven. A nursery nurse may work in a hospital in the children's ward, nursery, or outpatient department, or may work in the community in health centers, community centers, or children's centers. We are looking for a caring, dedicated nursery nurse to be responsible for the medical, educational, and psychological care of newborns, infants, and small children. The nursery nurse's responsibilities include providing medical care, infant care, guidance to parents, and encouraging the development of young children. The nursery nurse may work with obstetricians, gynecologists, and labor and delivery nurses to examine, treat, and monitor the health of newborns. You may work with physicians to treat illness and injuries in toddlers, and you may work with young children to offer them practical and emotional guidance and interaction.
